What You’ll Do

+ Lead shipping and receiving operations using modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

+ Accurately process inventory and transactional accounting entries to support financial integrity

+ Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move and manage materials

+ Use ERP systems—preferably SAP—for inventory control, data entry, and cross-referencing

+ Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy across departments

+ Support Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) logistics with industrial components

+ Track manufacturer and supply numbers, ensuring alignment with ERP records

What You Bring

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)

+ Experience with ERP systems—SAP preferred

+ Basic understanding of financial and transactional accounting

+ Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control

+ Forklift certification or experience (sit-down forklifts)

+ At least 6 months of data entry experience in an industrial warehouse setting

+ Knowledge of industrial components and MRO operations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
