Description

Jackie Meza with Robert half is looking for an experienced Controller to lead and oversee the financial operations.. This position is integral to ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting strategic business decisions. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial records.

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure efficient cash flow management.

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes to produce accurate financial statements.

• Develop and deliver financial reports that provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies.

• Monitor and enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes to align financial goals with organizational strategy.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to provide financial guidance and support business objectives.

Requirements • Proven experience in financial management and leadership roles.

• Expertise in managing the full accounting cycle, including month-end and year-end closings.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing monthly journal entries.

• Demonstrated ability to produce accurate and insightful financial reports.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and internal control practices.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
