Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Member Engagement & Loyalty Marketing, CVS Virtual Care, will lead the B2C and B2B marketing strategy and execution focused on enhancing member engagement, loyalty and utilization of CVS Virtual Care services. This role is critical for driving growth and ensuring that our marketing initiatives align with the overall business objectives of CVS Health.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Integrated Marketing Strategy** : Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that drives awareness and adoption of CVS Virtual Care products. Leverage data, customer insights, and outcomes-focused strategies to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
+ **Storytelling & Influencing** : Craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences, driving engagement and influencing perceptions. Clearly articulate ideas to effectively influence partners and stakeholders.
+ **Sales Enablement** : collaborate closely with the CVS sales team to create impactful messaging and sales enablement materials that enhance the effectiveness of B2B initiatives and resonate with target audiences.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration** : Partner with internal and external subject matter experts to identify and align on business priorities. Ensure effective development andimplementation of marketing plans while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
+ **Campaign Development** : Create and implement results-drivenomni-channel marketing strategies for acquisition and ongoing engagement. Continuously evolving these strategies based on data analysis and insights.
+ **Data Evaluation and Interpretation** : Utilize strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Leverage audience insights, market research, and industry knowledge to optimize future initiatives.
+ **Measurement Plans** : Deliver effective measurement plans that form the most effective approaches to engage and influencetarget audiences and drive demand, communicating with business partners on plans and performance in a continuous improvement cycle.
+ **Creative Management** Compile and present comprehensive creative briefs to guide execution and implementation with internal and external creative agencies. Manage agency relationships to develop, produce, and deploy creative assets effectively, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and business objectives.
+ **Stakeholder Identification** : Identify stakeholders and resources needed for successful project execution, proactively networking to create collaborative partnerships.
Required Qualifications
+ 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on digital marketing strategies.
+ Proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams and external partners effectively.
+ Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive marketing strategies and measure success.
+ Comfort and experience with email marketing (EM), SMS, paid search/media, and B2B sales enablement.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in insurance and/or pharmacy benefit management, with a focus on member experience and communications strategy.
+ Knowledge of the healthcare, pharma, and/or PBM industry is a plus.
+ Experience with both B2C and B2B marketing strategies.
+ Demonstrated success in crafting and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
+ Familiarity with leading digital and analytic tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau).
+ Experience with developing test-and-learn innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
+ Solid quantitative skills and broad business acumen, including familiarity with MarTech stack and tools (Adobe suite, SFMC).

Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field or equivalent experience (4 years).
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
