Job Title: Stamping Press Operator-2nd shift
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Stamping Press Operator for our second shift. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a stamping press, while ensuring the quality of parts produced from steel coils. This is a direct placement opportunity.
Responsibilities
+ Set up and start the machine, running it independently.
+ Load and adjust steel coils for processing.
+ Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
+ Bend and load coils into the die.
+ Operate cranes when necessary.
+ Perform power lockout procedures.
+ Use the ERP system, Plex, for operational tasks.
Essential Skills
+ 1-2 years of experience with press brake operations.
+ Background in manufacturing metal stamping.
+ Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and gauges for inspection.
+ Ability to troubleshoot minor issues independently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with the ERP system known as Plex.
+ Hilo driving experience.

Work Environment
The work environment involves operating machinery in a manufacturing setting during the second shift, from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential for Saturday shifts. Training for hilo driving is provided, and you will utilize the Plex ERP system. Safety protocols, including power lockout procedures, are a key aspect of the operations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41496.00 - $41496.00/yr.
