Job Title: Level 2 Clean Room Assembly/Operator
Job Description
Join our team as a Level 2 Clean Room Assembly/Operator, working in a meticulously controlled clean room environment. This role involves working at machine stations to load medical or filter components, monitor machines, and perform tasks such as visual inspection, packaging, labeling, and sorting. You will follow detailed work instructions and use small hand tools and custom machines to assemble filters used for respiratory purposes. Expect to stand for 10 hours and work at various stations performing specific assembly processes.
Responsibilities
+ Work in a clean room environment, adhering to strict gowning procedures.
+ Load medical or filter components at machine stations.
+ Monitor and operate machines, performing tasks such as trimming, fixture assembly, and bagging.
+ Conduct visual inspections and package, label, and sort components.
+ Follow work instructions and complete documentation as per work orders.
+ Use small hand tools and custom machines for assembly tasks.
+ Stand for 10 hours and consistently lift up to 20 lbs.
Essential Skills
+ Proficient reading, writing, and math skills.
+ Ability to consistently lift up to 20 lbs.
+ Ability to stand for 10 hours wearing steel toe boots.
+ Excellent attention to detail.
+ 6+ months of manufacturing experience, preferably in a medical or clean room environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with assembly, machine operation, general labor, stocking, and packaging.
+ Hand dexterity and attention to detail are critical.
+ Familiarity with medical assembly processes is a plus.

Work Environment
Work in a clean and climate-controlled facility, where safety is a priority. In the clean room, employees must wear a full gown, hair/beard net, and eye protection, with no jewelry or makeup allowed. Safety steel toe boots and glasses are mandatory throughout the facility. The work environment is organized and requires standing for 10 hours per shift. Training occurs on the first shift, with regular shifts on the second shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
