Crosby & Overton is looking for a **hands-on Abatement Foreman** to lead field crews in the safe and efficient removal of hazardous materials.     What You’ll Be Doing

    + Lead and supervise crews on **asbestos, lead, and mold remediation** projects.

    + Ensure **strict compliance** with OSHA, EPA, and AHERA safety standards.

    + Conduct **site assessments** , manage timelines, and maintain daily reports.

    + Train and mentor crew members on **best practices and safety protocols** .

    + Serve as the **on-site liaison** between project managers and clients.

    What We’re Looking For

    + **3+ years** of experience in environmental abatement or remediation.

    + Valid certifications: **AHERA Supervisor** , **OSHA 30** , **40-hour HAZWOPER** .

    + Proven leadership and communication skills.

    + Ability to read and interpret **work plans, blueprints, and safety documentation** .

    + Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to safety-first operations.

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.
