    Job Title: Construction Laborer

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced and versatile laborer to support all aspects of building and construction. This role requires hands-on experience across multiple trades to support operations and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Areas of support will include framing, plumbing, electrical, tile, paint, cutting, siding, and finish and cabinet building.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform general labor tasks in a construction and manufacturing environment.

    + Assist in framing, plumbing, electrical, tile, paint, cutting, siding, and cabinet building.

    + Read blueprints and accurately measure using a tape measure.

    + Utilize hand and power tools effectively and safely.

    + Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with reading blueprints.

    + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

    + Ability to accurately use a tape measure.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Capability to lift 50 lbs or more.

    + Ability to stand on feet for 10+ hours a day.

    Work Environment

     

    Work takes place in a manufacturing and construction setting with a focus on humility, hunger, and intelligence. The culture is collaborative and fun, promoting good attitudes and attendance. Employees work in small teams, with the production process doubling as a showroom for customers. The team consists of 80-120 employees, depending on project needs. Work hours are Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5:30pm, with a required 10-hour day. Dress code includes closed-toe work shoes or boots, sleeved shirts, and appropriate-length shorts or pants.

    This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
