Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking skilled candidates to join our team as Maintenance Technicians. This role requires maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment throughout the facility, ensuring everything operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all equipment throughout the facility.

+ Demonstrate knowledge of industrial automation equipment and components including motors, pumps, drives, servos, relays, and 3 phase power.

+ Read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints/schematics.

+ A background in corrugated materials is a plus but not mandatory.

+ Possess or be willing to obtain a Class 2B Boilers License, which is preferred but not required.

Essential Skills

+ Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair

+ Experience with industrial maintenance and PLC troubleshooting

+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics

+ Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with welding, HVAC, and field service installations

+ Class 2B Boilers License is an advantage

+ Background in corrugated materials is beneficial

This is a Permanent position based out of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $95000.00/yr.

- Monthly bonus between 10% - 21% of employees total income for the month based on plant performance.
