Now Hiring: Concrete Laborers & Carpenters

Pay: $22–$27/hour

Locations: Denver Metro, Northern Colorado, and Mountain Towns

Job Responsibilities:

+ Concrete finishing and formwork

+ Chipping, breaking, and repairing concrete

+ Site cleanup, framing setup, saw cutting, and rebar drilling

+ Performing stress tests on concrete structures

+ Pouring concrete and sealing cracks with epoxy/urethane

+ Demolition, placement, and finishing of concrete

+ Carpentry/formwork, rebar replacement, and caulking.

Requirements:

+ Minimum 1 year of concrete experience

+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

+ Willingness to travel to job sites, including out-of-town projects

+ Team-oriented, safety-conscious, and solution-focused

Schedule:

+ Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)

+ 40–60 hours per week

Tools Needed:

Tape measure, claw hammer, pliers, adjustable wrench, screwdrivers (Phillips & flat), tool box or bags, channel locks, vice grips, utility knife, torpedo level, combination square, chalk box.

Travel & Per Diem:

+ Travel required after local work is completed (up to 3 weeks at a time)

+ Projects across Colorado

+ **$50/day per diem**

+ **Company-paid lodging**

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
