Job Title: Crystal Growth Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Crystal Growth Technician to join our team. This role involves building and operating RF furnaces and electro-mechanical systems used for crystal growth and fabrication. You will be responsible for growing crystals used in imaging equipment, mixing raw materials, monitoring various processes, and keeping precise operation records.

Responsibilities

+ Build and operate RF furnaces and electro-mechanical systems related to crystal growth and fabrication.

+ Grow crystals used in imaging equipment.

+ Mix raw materials to a specified mixture.

+ Monitor various crystal growth processes.

+ Maintain accurate records of all processing steps on paper and in a database.

Essential Skills

+ Good PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).

+ Ability to follow process MPI documentation and safety procedures.

+ Experience working in a product-oriented technical-industrial environment.

+ Ability to interpret and analyze complex instrumentation.

+ Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.

+ Good communication and computer skills (Word and Excel).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in production, assembly, and packaging.

Work Environment

The position is based in a temperature-controlled facility, providing a comfortable working condition for all tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
