About the Role

Are you mechanically inclined and looking to grow in a hands-on production role? Join our team as a **Downstream Operator** , where you’ll play a key part in ensuring our products meet top-quality standards. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a supportive team and room for advancement.

What You’ll Do

+ Operate standard tools and measuring devices to verify product quality

+ Neatly and evenly wrap finished products around reels

+ Perform quality checks throughout the production process

+ Cut conduit using hand and power tools

+ Inspect packaging and labeling prior to final inspection

What We’re Looking For

+ At least 6 months of experience in a production or manufacturing environment

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

+ Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic inspection techniques

+ Experience in machine operation, assembly, or general labor is a plus

Work Environment

+ 2-2-3 rotating schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, then alternate)

+ Alternating weekly hours: 48 hours one week, 36 hours the next

+ Casual, team-oriented atmosphere

+ Openings available on both day and night shifts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
