    Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler

    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to join our team on either the 1st or 2nd shift. This role involves assembling electronic components and requires precision and the ability to work with various tools.

    Responsibilities

    + Read and interpret manufacturing orders accurately.

    + Connect lead wires to printed circuit boards.

    + Install assemblies and subassemblies following detailed instructions.

    + Use screwdrivers and apply glue to secure parts.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in mechanical and electronic assembly.

    + Proficiency with hand tools.

    + Ability to read and understand instructions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + At least 2 years of manufacturing assembly experience.

    + Knowledge and use of electro-mechanical tools.

    + Experience with back-end assembly processes.

    Work Environment

     

    You will work in a production setting alongside 30-40 other team members. The environment is electronic manufacturing-focused and climate-controlled to ensure a comfortable working experience.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, Texas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.
