Summary  We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to drive the evolution of Daily Harvest’s digital experience. You’ll independently own the design process end-to-end — shaping problems, developing prototypes, and delivering thoughtful, validated solutions that influence product direction. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments, brings a strong product mindset, and can operate with minimal oversight while delivering impactful consumer experiences in food and wellness space. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product design process—from concept and discovery to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and developer handoff. Own product design strategy for the entire customer experience, guiding the development of new features and functionality in collaboration with PMs, engineers, marketing/creative stakeholders Lead UX/UI workshops with cross functional partners to optimize key areas of the customer experience and creatively find new solutions to customer pain points Design in Figma (or similar tools) , leveraging reusable components, design systems, and interactive prototypes. Lead and conduct UX research , usability testing, and customer interviews to validate ideas and identify areas for improvement. Independently lead high-ambiguity problem spaces, driving alignment across teams with limited direction. Help evolve and scale our design language/system for consistency and efficiency across the platform. Contribute to the overall product strategy and influence roadmap decisions with a user-centered mindset. Serve as a design thought partner and mentor to peers, helping elevate design quality across the org. Requirements Qualifications 7+ years of product design experience in consumer technology, ecommerce, or DTC brands. Strong portfolio showcasing real-world examples of end-to-end product design work (web and/or mobile) with clear evidence of strategic thinking and outcomes. Deep hands-on experience in Figma (or similar platform) , including prototyping, collaboration, and systematized UI design. Experience with user research and usability testing tools/methods. Demonstrated ability to operate independently in high-ambiguity situations , turning rough concepts or business problems into concrete prototypes, product direction, and shipped solutions. Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to advocate for design and balance user needs with business goals. Nice to Have Experience working in food, wellness, health, or lifestyle brands. Compensation Range: $115,000.00 - $172,000.00, plus bonus.
