    SUMMARY: Under direct supervision, the Quality Control Auditor supports Quality Control (QC) by performing audits of aircraft maintenance records and providing paperwork control.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

    + Performs a final review of the job paperwork to ensure completion in compliance with customer maintenance program requirements and the Repair Station Manual (RSM).

    + Performs audits to current procedures or policies established by the customer or ATS.

    + Verifies completeness and accuracy of all Maintenance documents.

    + Evaluates documentation of the maintenance actions and identifies any missing detail or discrepancies.

    + Inputs audit rejection data into QAR database.

    + Evaluates rejection data and creates reports for feedback to Maintenance/QC teams as requested by management.

    + Responsible for security of aircraft documentation and tallies during the audit function.

    + Updates customer and ATS Tallies with appropriate information as required by each customer.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    + High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

    + General office or records experience preferred

    PHYSICAL EFFORT AND DEXTERITY:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to sit, stand, and walk; use their hands and arms; and talk or hear; and focus on objects close up. The employee may be required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee may also be required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

     

    Compensation

     

    The base pay range for this position is $20.24 - $24.13 hourly, not including bonuses or benefits. Your pay will be based on your experience, skills, and education, as well as internal equity to ensure fairness across the team. Candidates closer to the lower end of the range are typically building their expertise, while those at the higher end bring significant experience and specialized knowledge. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.
