    What You’ll Do:

    + Greet customers and act as their trusted advisor throughout the service process

    + Write repair orders and clearly communicate service needs

    + Work closely with technicians to ensure quality and timely service

    + Provide updates and build long-term customer relationships

    + Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Strong communication and customer service skills

    + Experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role (automotive background a plus!)

    + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
