What You Will Do
+ Lead the design and deployment of global revenue management processes, including contracts, pricing activation, incentive rebates, GPO admin fees, and chargeback management
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize business processes aligned with global application roadmaps and standardized functionality
+ Partner with business process owners, deployment leads, and IT solution owners to ensure alignment between business requirements and system design
+ Drive adoption of to-be processes across divisions and geographies, supporting workshops, training, testing, and change management activities
+ Influence global application selection and design by providing strategic input based on business needs and process expertise
+ Support deployment readiness activities including data conversion, testing execution, and hyper-care support
+ Facilitate resolution of risks, issues, and decisions to maintain project momentum and alignment with program goals
+ Ensure timely completion of project deliverables within the revenue management process area, contributing to overall program success
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent
+ Minimum 10 years of industry experience across geographies and process areas
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management sub-processes
+ Experience with Model N or similar revenue management applications
+ Experience in Contract Operations, Commercial Operations, and Order to Cash processes
Preferred Qualifications
+ Prior leadership experience at Manager level or above
+ Experience with ERP or large-scale business system transformation programs, preferably SAP S4 HANA
+ Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance
$129,600 - $286,500 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
