Job Title: Pricing Data CoordinatorJob Description

The Pricing Data Coordinator is responsible for handling pricing information, updating contracts, and communicating with the sales team. This role involves working with various documents and databases to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of pricing data.

Responsibilities

+ Receive and process all pricing information from pricing analysts.

+ Enter pricing data into templates and send them to the sales team.

+ Manage and update all forward-facing documents.

+ Update and upload contracts and pricing data.

+ Interact and communicate with account managers.

+ Distribute new pricing information and register pricing as necessary.

+ Monitor and manage constant email communication.

+ Maintain accurate information within multiple databases.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookups.

+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and PDF.

+ Strong financial analysis and data reporting skills.

+ Excellent typing skills and document management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Strong business acumen.

+ Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

+ Good organizational skills and the ability to handle high volumes of work.

+ Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

+ Effective communication skills for interaction with internal teams.

+ Experience in the pharmaceutical or another regulated industry is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position with a requirement of working three days in the office once fully onboarded, including mandatory attendance on Wednesdays. Initial training will be conducted onsite to facilitate team integration. Standard work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. This is a Contract position based out of Bridgewater, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
