RGP is seeking a Treasury Senior Analyst to support a client in the Life Insurance industry, focusing on Treasury Operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing daily cash activities and banking operations in a fast-paced environment.

+ Monitor and manage daily cash positions, intercompany loans, and cash transfers

+ Execute FX transactions and excess cash investments

+ Execute payments and settlements with counterparties and banks

+ Support banking operations: account maintenance, vendor management, fee analysis

+ Interact with custodians and treasury service vendors, escalating issues as needed

+ Ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs and compliance with contractual terms

+ Contribute to balance sheet management efforts including debt and spread lending programs

+ Understand stakeholder needs and support issue resolution with banking partners

+ Proven experience in Cash Management and Cash Operations

+ Strong background in the Life Insurance industry

+ Advanced user of Kyriba for cash positioning and reporting

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively

+ Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

+ Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

+ Pay Range:

+ Remote: $65–$85/hr.

+ Onsite (NYC or Westchester, PA): $85–$90/hr.
