General Purpose: Our Machine Operators fully operate and maintain our machines to meet production deadlines.\u202F

Essential Functions:

* Operate equipment in the most safe, efficient, and consistent manner

* Maintain machine workflow to meet project deadlines

* Read job tickets and initiate machine set-ups per job ticket specifications

* Count, pack, and label sleeves, cartons, and skids

* Perform preventive maintenance on machines as needed

* Ensure 6S practices are being followed

Requirements:

* Experience with manufacturing equipment and machine maintenance

* High school diploma or G.E.D.

* Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals

* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through prior work experience

* Intermediate computer skills

* Ability to work overtime as needed; overtime may be required during busy periods\u202F

* Ability to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation\u202F\u202F
