Schedule:

+ Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

+ Occasional Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

+ Department-based scheduling

Ideal Candidates

We're looking for individuals with Spanish bilingual skills and Auto Finance experience who are passionate about growth and stability.

Departments & Responsibilities

Customer Service Department

+ Assist with account inquiries, payments, title requests, and general support

Customer Accounts Department

+ Handle light collections (1–29 days past due)

• Additional Skills

+ Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr.
