    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift between 6AM–6PM

     

    Clearance: Must have secret clearance

    What You’ll Do

    As a Windows Systems Administrator, you’ll be the go-to expert for server operations, infrastructure support, and technical leadership. You’ll manage mission-critical systems, guide a team of professionals, and ensure seamless IT service delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

    + Administering and optimizing Windows Server environments (physical & virtual)

    + Leading change management efforts and writing Change Requests

    + Managing file permissions and supporting secure data storage

    + Transitioning enterprise solutions into production

    + Acting as the primary point of contact for server, network, and telecom issues

    + Coordinating vulnerability remediation and Level 3 support

    + Escalating VIP and after-hours support requests

    + Overseeing team schedules, performance, and service delivery metrics

    + Collaborating with IT leadership to meet user needs and drive results

    What You Bring to the Table

    + Technical Mastery in:

    + Windows Server 2012/2016

    + VMware

    + Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, DFS

    + NTFS permissions, Kerberos, LDAP

    + Basic networking (TCP/IP, routing, SSH, OpenVPN)

    + Leadership Experience managing teams and service delivery

    + Problem-Solving Mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills

    + Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

    + Education: BA/BS (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree)

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
