    Job Title: Controls Sales Leader | Salary and Unlimited Commission

    Job Description

    This role is focused on sales leadership within the industrial controls group, particularly in HVAC systems. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing and optimizing systems that automate and monitor industrial facilities and production processes. This position offers the potential to expand responsibilities from a sales leadership role to a controls business leader role.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead sales efforts in the industrial controls sector, focusing on HVAC automation.

    + Develop long-term plans for automating HVAC systems across facilities.

    + Align HVAC control strategies with energy efficiency goals, sustainability targets, and occupant comfort.

    + Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

    + Drive growth and expand the controls business in the core market of South-half of Ohio and Northern Kentucky.

    + Work directly with owners to expand the current controls business beyond Comfort Cooling and Facilities work.

    + Leverage control platforms such as BACnet-compatible PLCs and DDC systems to enhance sales strategies.

    + Standardize HVAC control sequences across multiple buildings or campuses.

    Essential Skills

    + Strong background in sales and controls leadership.

    + Experience with controls for industrial manufacturing applications.

    + Knowledge of PLCs and their application in HVAC systems.

    + Familiarity with proprietary and open architecture system technologies like SCADA, Niagara, Tridium, and others.

    + Deep technical and regulatory knowledge in HVAC systems and controls.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience in fast-paced and dynamic Commercial & Industrial HVAC roles is highly valued.

    + Collaborative team work environment and a work hard/play hard mindset.

    Work Environment

    The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
