    We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in the role of IT Associate supporting the Research & Development department with Windchill PLM support. The PLM system is at the core of new product development and serial production.

    Your Impact

    + Support the global engineering organization by enabling key business processes using industry-leading software tools for new product development and change management.

    + Manage system testing, configuration changes, licensing, system optimization, and data migrations.

    + Organize and maintain configurations, processes, and customizations to ensure system sustainability.

    + Grow into the role of high product ownership of the Windchill PLM system.

    + Provide training and ongoing development for users.

    Your Experience and qualifications

    + Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.

    + Strong understanding of IT systems, including database management and enterprise application administration.

    + Demonstrated willingness to learn new systems and processes to support business growth.

    + Ability to provide effective end-user support across various platforms and technologies.

    + Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a dynamic environment.
