Financial Operations Support Associate – Owings Mills, MD

What You’ll Do

+ Handle inbound mail from individual investors with meticulous attention to detail.

+ Scan and route paperwork to the correct business units using automated systems.

+ Process incoming checks from clients and institutions, including deposits and purchase transmissions.

+ Support internal teams with box pulls, packing room requests, and email distribution

+ Prioritize and complete a variety of internal operations tasks throughout the month.

Work Environment

+ Location: On-site in Owings Mills, MD

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:45 PM

+ Occasional weekend shifts available (Sunday differential: $19.43/hr)

+ Physical activity: 70% seated, 30% moving within the office

+ 100% in-office role—no remote option

Business Impact

This position is open to support the financial busy season, particularly around tax filing. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of client transactions during this critical time.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
