    Description

    TekSystems is currently seeking an experienced Patient Service Coordinator to work in the Columbia, MD area. The PSC will be responsible for: Patient registration and scheduling Insurance verification and coordination of services for patients Charge entry and reconciliation functions Co-payment and daily cash receipt responsibilities Handling referrals Providing front office coverage and assistance.

    Candidates must possess: • High school Diploma or State Qualified GED . MUST HAVE 1-2 years of medical experience (preferably in a front desk setting) . Previous EMR experience (EPIC preferred) • One to two years Customer Service Experience (receptionist experience a Plus)

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
