• Marketing Project Manager (Hybrid)

    Cella Inc (Lake Forest, IL)


     

    Own the execution of mid- to high-complexity brand CRM and digital marketing projects from planning through delivery.

     

    Lead project plans, status meetings, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional workflows.

     

    Act as the key liaison between brand marketing teams, internal partners, and external agencies.

     

    Ensure data is properly loaded into SFMC and campaigns are QA'd, approved, and deployed on time.

     

    Track campaign performance, recommend optimizations, and document learnings.

     

    Manage timelines, resolve roadblocks, and continuously seek opportunities for process improvements.

     

    Maintain project documentation including workback schedules, proofing checklists, change requests, and status reports.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

     

    2-4 years of experience in marketing project management.

     

    Agency experience managing marketing/CRM campaigns.

     

    Experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries.

     

    Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

     

    Experience using Smartsheet or equivalent project management tools.

     

    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

     

    Strong problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
