Do you want to play a role in frontier of helping mature Digital Asset monitoring and process functions and work for the Microsoft Commercial and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) organization?
In the Trust and Integrity Protection (TrIP)’s monitoring team, we work with many different stakeholders to safeguard Digital Asset integrity and culture of compliance. We are seeking a Digital Asset Experiemce Manager for our team.
You will play a pivotal role to drive the Digital Asset e.g., MCAPS created applications and subscriptions, review process integrity and maturity and embrace the newest technologies and ideas on how to scale and meet stakeholder expectations.
We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic person to join our team and help to lead the design and execution of a streamlined, AI-powered process for reviewing Digital Assets. These assets must comply with corporate standards for security, privacy, and accessibility. This role will lead the business requirements and creating the vision in transitioning from a manual review process to an automated, AI-driven model, ensuring improved efficiency, accuracy, and enhancing user experience. The ideal candidate will combine technical program management skills with a passion for end user experience and driving process improvement.
Responsibilities
+ Own and manage the end-to-end Digital Asset review process, ensuring adherence to corporate compliance standards.
+ Define the opportunities and lead the transition from human-driven reviews to AI-powered workflows, driving automation and scalability.
+ Define and monitor Key Process Indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction.
+ Collaborate with engineering, security, privacy, and accessibility teams to ensure alignment with policies and established processes.
+ Identify and document issues and risks, working with risk domains ensure timely resolution of issues impacting compliance or user experience.
+ Champion continuous improvement, leveraging data insights to optimize processes and tools.
+ Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders through clear reporting and executive updates.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ Working familiarity with security, privacy, and accessibility standards and review processes for digital products.
Additional or preferred qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
+ Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
+ Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
+ Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
+ Experience working with and managing expectations with vendor teams.
+ Experience with MCAPS systems or enterprise-scale digital asset management.
+ Working understanding of AI/ML-driven processes, automation, and compliance frameworks.
+ Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and compliance auditing.
+ Analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
