    Job Title: IT Program Manager – Customer Application Implementation

     

    Type: 12 Month Contract

     

    Compensation: $55 hourly

     

    Contractor Work Model: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of customer-facing applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects, implementing CRM, billing, or customer portal systems, and delivering successful outcomes on time and within scope. This role requires strong portfolio management and reporting skills, with proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead end-to-end implementation of customer-facing applications, including CRM, billing systems, and customer portals.

    + Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple initiatives.

    + Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.

    + Track program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

    + Produce high-quality reporting and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint for executive stakeholders.

    + Ensure projects meet business requirements and align with organizational goals.

    + Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Proven experience as an IT Program Manager or Project Manager with a focus on customer application implementations.

    + Strong portfolio management and reporting skills; proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    + Experience with CRM systems, billing platforms, ERP customer modules, or customer portals.

    + Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

    + Willingness and ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Atlanta, GA.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience in the utility, energy, or financial services sectors.

    + PMP or similar project management certification.
