    Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN (WORK INTEGRATION) in the Availability Work Integration Branch (Code 22X), Availability Support and Planning Division (Code 220), Engineering Department Code 200, of MID ATLANTIC REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CTR. Responsibilities You will plan work to be accomplished, set and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares work completion schedules. You will prepare job descriptions and develops and evaluates subordinate employees' performance standards and appraisals. You will consult and advise the Work Integration Technicians, MARMC Schedulers, Project Team Leaders, and Department and Division Directors on matters needed to support the Lead Maintenance Activity’s development of IPS and Test programs. You will develop and sustain professional and collaborative relationships with these entities for the successful performance of the duties. You will lead the team in advancing the readiness and technical viability of ship systems under their cognizance You will evaluate and prepare workload forecasting and budgetary submissions for the purpose of identifying division resource requirements to meet mission requirements. You will monitor and oversee the work of the Work Integration technicians that directly report to this position. You will monitor and maintain compliance of all Work Integration technician’s work through active engagement with all activities who have a role in the Lead Maintenance Activity Integrated Production and Test Schedules. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying advanced management principles, methods, tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, monitoring, evaluating, and managing engineering projects in integrating management services with the department management. Experience using skill and ability to organize, and direct, a large and varied workforce composed of Schedulers, Lead Work Integration Technicians, Advance Planners, Engineering technicians, military and contractors with varied engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, and electronics. Experience analyzing findings and developing recommendations in the adjustment of program plans, objectives, and resourcing to accommodate changes and resolve conflict. Experience reviewing work of subordinates in relation to division objectives and schedules for conformance to established engineering technical practices. Experience evaluating and preparing workload forecasting and budgetary submissions for the purpose of identifying division resource requirements to meet mission requirements.
