The Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach will assist the head coach with all aspects of the sport, including coaching, practice organization, game preparation, recruiting, and team administration, while adhering to NCAA and university rules. Key responsibilities include skill instruction, player development, scouting, managing paperwork, coordinating team travel, assisting with fundraising, and monitoring student-athlete academic progress. This is a full-time or part-time role requiring flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and a strong understanding of the sport, NCAA rules, and effective communication skills. This Position will focus on development of Face Off Players and Goalie players. They will also have in game responsibilities of running the substitution box.
