    As a Store Custodian at Goodwill Southeast Georgia, you will ensure our locations remain clean, neat, and welcoming. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across the store, ensuring both our customers and team members enjoy a safe and pleasant environment.

    Your Typical Day:

    + Sweep and mop floors, sanitize bathrooms, and clean store fixtures

    + Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms

    + Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas

    + Empty trash cans, replace liners, and clean receptacles

    + Dust and clean dressing rooms, furniture, office desks, and windows

    + Maintain janitorial equipment in clean and safe working condition

    + Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and paper products

    + Follow all safety procedures and participate in Environmental, Health & Safety programs

    What You’ll Need:

    + Six months of custodial experience preferred

    + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

    + Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment

    + Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate positively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
