Description
We have an opportunity for a Program Manager supporting our Federal customer in the Philadelphia, PA area.
MINIMUM CLEARANCE LEVEL: Secret
CITIZENSHIP: US Citizenship
The Program Manager will be responsible for the development, monitoring, and execution of the Cybersecurity Program for Code 104. This position requires expertise in the Department of Defense Information Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process and Risk Management Framework (RMF) services. Key responsibilities include formulating cybersecurity policy, reviewing A&A artifacts, performing A&A validation, implementing security postures, and providing subject matter expertise in cybersecurity lifecycle management. The Program Manager will coordinate, implement, and sustain labs under RMF.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute the Cybersecurity Program in compliance with DoD regulations.
+ Oversee the A&A process and RMF services for cybersecurity operations.
+ Establish and review cybersecurity policies and procedures.
+ Conduct reviews of A&A artifacts and perform A&A validation.
+ Implement and maintain security postures across all IT systems.
+ Act as the primary interface with customers, ensuring all needs are met.
+ Lead a team and provide guidance and mentorship in information technology and cybersecurity.
+ Ensure effective coordination and sustainment of labs under RMF guidelines.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, communications systems management, or an equivalent science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) degree from an accredited college or university.
+ A Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) may be accepted in lieu of the bachelor’s degree.
Experience A minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing a team in information technology, serving as the overall program manager, and acting as the primary interface with customers.
+ Working knowledge of the Naval Sea System Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center and Fleet organizations is desired.
+ At least five (5) years of experience specifically related to information assurance.
