Job Description

+ Responsible for arranging and coordinating carrier pickups and all accompanying required paperwork

+ Investigate overages/shortages and proofs for payments as required

+ Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments and provide documents for proof of deliver as required

+ Establishing open and transparent communication channels with carriers, ensuring regular updates, addressing queries, and fostering a collaborative partnership

+ May also be required to work trucker's window, schedule return goods authorizations (RGAs), monitor the shipping yard, creating bill of ladings (BOL) in Papervision and several other miscellaneous duties

+ Lead all aspects of staging and loading to the correct carriers

+ Entering data on multiple customers' websites

+ Generate Reports as needed.

Qualifications

+ Proficiency in MS Office is expected along with SAP and DLX or similar Warehouse Management System experience.

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Must be able to influence and work effectively with all levels of management and be cross-functional in the facility.

+ Traffic/Shipping background

+ High school diploma required
