    Job Summary

    A Delta V Phase Manager in the life science industry is responsible for managing the implementation and maintenance of Emerson's DeltaV automation system within a life science manufacturing or research environment. They would oversee projects related to DeltaV, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and providing technical expertise and support.

    + **Experience with DeltaV:**

     

    Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining DeltaV systems.

     

    + **Industry Knowledge:**

     

    Experience in the life science industry (pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or biotechnology).

     

    + **Automation Knowledge:**

     

    Strong understanding of automation principles, including DCS , PLCs, and other automation technologies.

     

    + **Validation and Compliance:**

     

    Knowledge of relevant validation and compliance standards (e.g., cGMP, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11).

     

    + **Project Management:**

     

    Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

     

    + **Technical Skills:**

     

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

     

    + **Communication and Collaboration:**

     

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

     

    + **Compliance and Validation:**

     

    Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., cGMP, GAMP 5) through proper validation and documentation.

     

    + **Support and Maintenance:**

     

    Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the DeltaV system, addressing issues and ensuring optimal performance.

     

    + **Collaboration:**

     

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, IT, quality) to integrate DeltaV into the overall manufacturing or research process.

     

    + **Continuous Improvement:**

     

    Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the DeltaV system and related processes.

     

    + **Training:**

     

    Train operators and engineers on the DeltaV system.
