• Oracle EPM Cloud Project Manager

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Oracle EPM Cloud Project Manager to lead multiple complex Oracle EPM Cloud implementations for large organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end project lifecycles, a deep understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, and specific expertise in the Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) modules.

    What you need to have to be considered

    • 15+ years of experience managing enterprise-level software implementation projects, including 10+ years focused on Oracle EPM Cloud.

    • Proven ability to lead multiple, complex Oracle EPM Cloud projects for large, multinational organizations.

    • Expert-level knowledge of Oracle FCCS and ARCS modules (mandatory).

    • Strong understanding of financial processes, including consolidation, close management, and account reconciliation.

    • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.

    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and navigating complex organizational structures.

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.

    In this role, you will:

    • Lead and deliver multiple Oracle EPM Cloud implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing expectations and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

    • Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

    • Mentor and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.

    • Apply deep expertise in Oracle FCCS and ARCS to guide solution design and resolve complex issues.

    • Identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans to ensure project success.

    • Oversee quality assurance, including UAT and post-go-live support, ensuring adherence to best practices.
