Responsibilities

Solvay, NY Plant PERKS:

+ Starting Pay $19.50/hour!

+ Semi Annual Profit Sharing Bonus

+ $0.50/hour differential for 12 hour day shift openings

RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Abide by all Safety and Housekeeping guidelines

+ Working knowledge of ISO, SQF, GMPs

+ Inspect and pack finished product on one or more printing machines

+ Check quality of the product and the packaging

+ Apply labels or handles to products or containers as required

+ Keep count of finished product

+ Keep count of any scrapped product

+ Complete all required paperwork

+ Assist in training others

+ Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience.

+ Work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required. We offer world class on the job training!

+ Ability to calculate parts requirements.

+ **Ability to read/write basic English preferred. Ability to read/write in native language required.**

+ Strong organizational skills with ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.

+ Ability to stand/walk for multiple consecutive hours.

+ Minimal lifting capabilities up to 35 lbs
