    We have an immediate career opportunity for a **Business Analyst III.** The **Business Analyst III** will serve as a key link between operations, trade compliance, customs brokerage, finance, and IT teams. This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, and improving the end-to-end clearance processes and systems to ensure compliant, efficient, cost-effective, and timely import/export of shipments. The ideal candidate will use data to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and provide strategic insight to support DHL’s global supply chain and regulatory compliance goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assist with analytical work to support the daily business needs of DHL teams.

    + Help track and update key performance indicators (KPIs) for clearance functions (e.g., clearance times, delays, duty/tax forecasting, non-compliance rates).

    + Support data collection and cleaning from internal systems (e.g., WMS, ERP, Trade Management Systems) and external sources.

    + Create and maintain basic reports and dashboards for team leads and managers.

    + Handle requests for new reports or modifications to existing reports.

    + Provide support on projects aimed at improving clearance processes (e.g., monitoring delays, identifying cost-saving opportunities).

    + Assist with preparation of monthly summary reports and database updates for the GW department.

    + Review service incidents and help identify recurring issues or trends that may impact clearance performance.

    + Collaborate with colleagues in Operations, Compliance, and Gateway Management to provide data-driven insights.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    + 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related role (internships or entry-level roles count).

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.

    + Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Snowflake) is preferred.

    + Comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, and summarizing insights clearly.

    + Good communication skills with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

    + Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance.

    + Interest in learning customs, trade, and logistics processes.
