CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager - Complex Programs for our client in Phoenix, AZ.
**Location:** Phoenix, AZ
**Duration:** 12 months
Duties:
+ Oversee and manage complex client engagements, ensuring successful implementation of IT, business, and client-specific solutions.
+ Build and maintain partnerships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project office teams to drive program success.
+ Formulate, develop, and deliver tailored application, technical, and business solutions to meet client requirements.
+ Manage contractual costs, schedules, and service/product deliverables while ensuring high client satisfaction.
+ Coordinate resources across multiple organizations to deliver services and solutions efficiently.
+ Apply project management methodologies, emerging technologies, and technical solutions to address client challenges.
+ Provide leadership in negotiations, strategic decision-making, and risk management for large and complex programs.
+ Represent the organization in executive-level meetings with professionalism and authority.
Skills:
+ End-to-end ownership of project delivery.
+ Strong leadership, business acumen, and executive presence.
+ Expertise in developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
+ Ability to manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
+ Skilled in monitoring and reporting project performance using industry-standard KPIs.
+ Proficiency in managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
+ Knowledge of deal-making techniques for complex opportunities.
+ Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
+ Extensive experience managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
+ Proven track record of delivering IT, business, and client-specific solutions.
+ Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and resources.
+ Background in strategic planning, executive communications, and high-level negotiations.
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business and IT challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field required.
+ Master’s degree or PMP/other Project Management certifications preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
