    POSITION: Vocational Advisor (PT-Day/Evening): Adult Literacy

     

    SITE/BUILDING: Various Locations throughout Suffolk County, NY

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Assist Adult Education Literacy students in developing academic and career plans

    + Assess all students through BEST Plus, BEST Lit, or TABE exams

    + Complete all required Literacy paperwork

     

    START DATE: Ongoing for the 2025-2026 school year

     

    SALARY: $44.72/hour

    Job Qualifications

    + NYS School Counselor or Social Worker Certification
