    Your Key Responsibilities

    + Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.

    + Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow.

    + Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply chain activities to prevent shortages or excess stock.

    + Use SAP and Schaeffler production systems to input, update, and retrieve production data.

    + Generate reports and documentation using Microsoft Office tools to support production planning and analysis.

    + Identify potential production delays or issues and proactively communicate with relevant departments.

    + Assist in maintaining production documentation and compliance records.

    + Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing production data and workflows.

    + Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

    Your Qualifications

    Minimum:

    + Associate’s degree, or a high school diploma with proven relevant experience

    + Experience in production scheduling within a manufacturing environment

    + Solid understanding of manufacturing routings, bills of materials (BOM), and QS/TS 9000 requirements

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    + Proficient in computer applications, including mainframe systems, PC-based software, and Microsoft Office

    + Excellent organizational, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities

    + Basic knowledge of plant operations

    + Ability to utilize scheduling reports to ensure on-time shipments

    + Capable of understanding and adapting manufacturing procedures and timelines

    + Able to lift moderately heavy items as required

    + Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

    Preferred:

    + Bachelors degree in business or similar

    + Multiple years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role

    + SAP knowledge
