    Your Role

     

    In this role you will play a key role in leading enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives using ServiceNow and Agentic automation across business and IT organizations. Drive strategic automation programs and mentor senior consultants. You will:

     

    + _Lead cross-functional teams in process redesign and optimization._

    + _Define automation strategy aligned with business transformation goals._

    + _Architect and implement ServiceNow workflows and Agentic automation solutions._

    + _Serve as SME for ServiceNow integrations and intelligent automation._

     

    Your Profile

    _We would love to see a candidate with:_

    + _10 years in process consulting or management consulting._

    + _Proven track record in ServiceNow implementation and Agentic automation._

    + _Experience with UiPath, Celonis and/or SAP Signavio._

    + _Six Sigma Black Belt preferred._

    + _Prior leadership roles in consulting firms._
