    + Must be 21 years of age or older.

    + This position will require an Armed Louisiana Security License.

    + This is a driving position. You must maintain a valid Louisiana driver's license, have good MVR, and maintain the company-issued vehicle when utilized.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Role:

    Oversees field operations, dispatching, and scheduling of security personnel. Ensure compliance with company/client policies and maintain a secure, professional environment.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Field Supervision & Dispatch Coordination

     

    + Manage officer schedules and assignments

    + Conduct field training and evaluations

    + Support logistics and dispatch operations

     

    Security Operations & Patrol

     

    + Conduct walking patrols and report safety concerns

    + Monitor access points and verify credentials

    + Respond to alarms/incidents per protocol

     

    Administrative & Reporting

     

    + Maintain logs and incident reports electronically

    + Enforce post instructions and procedures

    + Use tablets and basic computer systems for reporting

     

    Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes

     

    Team Oversight

     

    + Supervise and support security officers

    + Ensure scheduling and performance compliance

    + Provide coaching and corrective guidance

     

    Client & Officer Interaction

     

    + Address concerns professionally

    + Maintain communication and customer service

    + Ensure uniform and conduct standards

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Must be 21+ years old

    + 3+ years military/law enforcement/security experience

    + 1+ year supervisory/management experience

    + Armed State Security License required

    + Valid State driver’s license with clean MVR

    + Maintain company-issued vehicle when used

    Required Skills & Abilities:

    Minimum:

    + Function well in high-paced/stressful environments

    + Strong written/verbal communication

    + Responsive and flexible scheduling

    + Basic computer/data entry and multitasking

    Preferred:

    + Experience with electronic reporting systems

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

    Minimum Physical Requirements:

    + Stand/sit at least 1 hour without break

    + Walk ½ mile without stopping

    + Climb 20 stairs without stopping

    + Lift 25 lbs floor to waist-level safely

    + Lift 15 lbs waist-level to overhead safely

    Education & Experience:

    Minimum:

    + Education: HS Diploma or equivalent

    + Education Requirements (All)

     

    High School Diploma or equivalent

     

    Certification Requirements (All)

     

    Louisiana Armed Security Guard Card preferred Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
