Are you a passionate educator with experience supporting young learners with special needs? Amergis is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to lead a special education classroom, focusing on building foundational academic, social, and developmental skills.

+ Location: Kenosha, WI

+ Grade Levels: Elementary

+ Openings: Two

+ Pay Rate: $45/hour + Benefits

+ Employment Type: Full-Time

+ Start Date: ASAP

+ Deliver individualized instruction tailored to developmental and academic needs

+ Support students in communication, behavior regulation, and daily routines

+ Collaborate with families, support staff, and general education teachers

+ Develop and implement IEPs and progress monitoring plans

+ Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment

? Requirements:

+ Experience working with children in special education settings

+ Valid Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) license (or eligibility)

+ Must pass background checks and drug screening

+ Completion of required trainings (per school and state guidelines)

+ CPR certification and health screenings (as applicable)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
