We have an exciting leadership opportunity at The Arc Mid-Hudson for a Residential Program Manager, supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, in our Saugerties Region, with our residence located in Woodstock, NY.

Ten people live at this residence, which is located in a quiet setting in Woodstock. There are varying levels of support needed at this house. Ideally, the Residential Specialists at Woodstock House should exhibit patience and be comfortable with using various types of communication methods, including verbal, different types of body language, and sign language which would be a plus.

Responsibilities for this seasoned manager include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support. This motivated leader will possess an Associates degree in Human Services or a related field, a Bachelors degree is highly desired, and will have strong organizational skills and leadership experience. Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred. An acceptable NYS driver's license is required.

The Arc Mid-Hudson offers an extensive and informative new hire orientation in a comfortable learning environment. We also provide additional development opportunities for our management staff.

HOURS: 40/Tuesday through Friday - 11:00 am to 7:00 pm/Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm/must be flexible, based on needs of program

STARTING SALARY: $ 60,405.80 per year

Minimum Requirements

+ Bachelors degree highly preferred

+ Supervisory experience

+ Computer skills

+ Acceptable NYS Driver's license
