Are you an experienced aide looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students? We’re seeking compassionate, dependable professionals to join our team as School Aides, providing essential support to students with learning and behavioral needs in a school-based setting.

PAY: 17–$21/hour (based on experience)

+ Collaborate with teachers and specialists to support students with academic and behavioral needs

+ Assist students with mobility, personal care, and daily routines (training provided)

+ Help foster a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment

+ Provide consistent encouragement to help students feel safe, supported, and empowered

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ Prior experience working with children or in educational settings is a plus

+ A genuine passion for helping students succeed

+ Competitive hourly pay: $17–$21/hour
