_IT Manager for Honeywell International, Inc. in Atlanta, GA_
_Responsibilities:_
+ Serve as a strategic liaison between the Digital IT and various engineering and manufacturing sites within the conglomerate.
+ Responsible for aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, particularly in the areas of Industry 4.0, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Model Based Enterprise (MBE), and Engineering IT solutions.
+ Serve as a liaison between Business Stakeholders and Digital IT for the Engineering & Technology Portfolio.
+ Collaborate with Business Stakeholders to develop and implement IT strategies that support Industry 4.0 initiatives.
+ Define Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Model Based Enterprise (MBE) technologies roadmap for Building Automation Business, aligned with Global Design Model.
+ Drive Digital Transformation and ensure adoption of Global Design Model (GDM) Engineering IT solutions across the Building Automation Business.
+ Provide technical and functional expertise for Teamcenter and associated applications.
+ Lead the Digital Thread initiative for end-to-end product development processes.
+ Define and execute strategy to migrate engineering data from various PLM sources to Honeywell Standard PLM Platform.
+ Plan and oversee Teamcenter & CAD upgrades for future platform readiness.
+ Oversee Enterprise Application Integration, focusing on PLM, Electrical CAD, Mechanical CAD, SLM, ALM, ERP, PPM & Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
+ Establish PLM platform for effective collaboration between Engineering Team and External Manufacturers & Suppliers.
+ Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams.
+ Act as Product Owner for PLM and Model Based Enterprise (MBE) tools.
+ Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in Industry 4.0, PLM, CAD, and MBE. Leverage AI & ML technologies for Productivity Improvement and Engineering Analytics.
_YOU MUST HAVE:_
+ Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field and 6 years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management & Model Based Enterprise.
+ Full term of experience must include: experience in implementing Engineering IT Solutions for end-to-end product development from ideation to end of life (EOL); experience of implementing PLM & Model Based Enterprise in large scale industries; Technical know-how on Teamcenter Deployment, Teamcenter Administration, Teamcenter Configuration, Multi CAD data management, System Integration, Solution Architect & Automation; functional expertise in Product Development process, BOM Management, Engineering Change Management, Engineering Variant Management, Document Management, Material Management, Requirement Gathering, Engineering Collaboration, Supplier Collaboration, Design Optimization, Virtual Simulation etc.
+ Up to 10% domestic and international travel required.
+ Telecommuting permitted up to 2 times per week.
