Job Description
Step into a role where you’re more than just support—you’re the connector between patients, physicians, and the care team. As a Clinical Athletic Trainer, you’ll ensure smooth clinic flow from check-in to check-out while supporting both patient needs and provider efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
+ Act as a liaison for patients, providers, and medical staff to deliver a seamless care experience
+ Collect patient histories and maintain accurate records (HIPAA compliant)
+ Assist with vitals, wound care, suture/staple removal, and brace/crutch fittings
+ Provide patient education and home exercise protocols as directed
+ Keep exam rooms and clinic spaces stocked, clean, and organized
+ Support daily clinic operations—chart prep, phone calls, opening/closing procedures, and backup coverage when needed
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, or Exercise Science
+ Licensed Athletic Trainer in Missouri (must remain current)
+ BLS certification
+ Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
Preferred:
+ Orthopedic clinic experience
