We're hiring a strategic Growth Lead to drive growth of our Payroll and Payments businesses across our Customer Success channels" specifically in our Payroll and Payments business. This role, at the nexus of customer success, sales, marketing, and product development, will leverage data insights to optimize performance and inform decisions across the organization. The ideal candidate will analyze complex data, collaborate cross-functionally, deep dive into CS and Sales operations, and apply insights to influence CS, sales, and marketing strategies.
This role offers a rare opportunity to significantly impact our **Payroll and Payments business** while collaborating closely with GTM, sales, product, and analytics teams. What you'll bring
+ Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficient in data analysis, visualization (CRMs like Eloqua, Salesforce; tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel), and dashboard creation/interpretation for data-informed decisions.
+ Market Research & Segmentation: Skilled in actionable customer/market research, segmentation, and providing insights into customer behavior and market trends.
+ Strategic Planning & Recommendations: Proven track record of delivering strategic recommendations aligned with business goals and achieving measurable improvements.
+ Communication & Presentation: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management, particularly in presenting complex insights concisely and actionably.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to build partnerships and align diverse perspectives across teams for company-wide success.
+ Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Eloqua, Salesforce, Power BI, and similar CRMs/data platforms.
Experience:
+ 6-8+ years in marketing insights, sales analytics, business intelligence,
+ Preferred experience in SaaS, technology, or Payroll/Payments industries.
+ Proven ability to translate insights into actionable strategies through collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams.
How you will lead
+ **Drive Growth:** Translate data-driven insights into actionable strategic recommendations for sales, marketing, and product teams. Identify new market opportunities, target audiences, and revenue streams. Optimize pricing, promotions, go-to-market strategies, and customer engagement.
+ **Performance Tracking** : Establish systems for ongoing measurement of sales and marketing performance. Share insights on channel/campaign performance, lead generation, sales conversions, and blockers. Apply predictive modeling and forecasting for future planning.
+ **Reporting:** Partn **er with analytics to** collect, analyze, and interpret sales, marketing, and customer data. Create and present clear dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders. Monitor KPIs to assess marketing and sales ROI, recommending improvements.
+ **Partnership with Product and Sales Teams:** Collaborate to enhance segmentation, targeting, and personalization. Partner with sales to identify conversion patterns and buyer journey barriers. Leverage insights to address sales pain points and improve close rates, aligning products, sales stories, and customer needs.
+ **Collaborate with GTM team** Evaluate marketing, segmentation and creative strategies to update/change predictive model outputs, personalization of pitches and/or sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battle cards, product one-pagers, competitive comparisons). Collaborate with GTM and sales leadership to create relevant, real-time tools and materials.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration** : Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, product development, and analytics to align strategies. Act as a bridge between teams to improve communication and ensure data insights translate into actionable business outcomes. Foster a collaborative culture where shared insights drive a unified growth strategy.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California $164,500.00 - 222,500.00Southern California $ 159,000.00 - 215,000.00This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
