    Essential Job Summary:

    Interstate Waste Services (IWS) is looking for a street-smart, goal-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, know how to sign and renew contracts, and love the thrill of high-volume outreach, this role is your ticket to unlimited earning potential.

     

    Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Hit the streets daily to promote and sell IWS’s waste and recycling services.

    + Build a strong book of business by signing new accounts and renewing existing ones.

    + Develop strategic sales plans to crush revenue targets.

    + Negotiate contracts and close deals with confidence.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of service and customer satisfaction.

    + Keep your CRM updated with every win and lead

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Proven success in contract sales and commercial account management.

    + Experience in high-volume sales environments with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.

    + Strong communication and negotiation skills.

    + Self-starter with excellent time management and territory planning.

    + Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).

    + Comfortable navigating NYC’s five boroughs.
