Our Denver client is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst to join their growing product intelligence team.

_Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._

Rate: $45 - $50 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

+ Business Analysis

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to facilitate reporting of key metrics

+ Compile, analyze, interpret, and present relevant data to platform team

+ Monitor and report on platform progress, providing insights to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals

+ Content Development

+ Develop content for platform communications including major product updates, release notes, and newsletters

+ Create platform trainings, support resources, and other materials that are engaging and easy to understand for end users

+ Stakeholder Support

+ Maintain dedicated support channels for customer inquiries across platform services

+ Monitor support channels to ensure timely and effective support

+ Facilitate platform user engagement strategies

Experience Requirements:

+ Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a tech environment

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills - ideally written skills

+ Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information quickly

+ Experience with content development and stakeholder support

+ Understanding of AI technologies and their applications is a plus

_Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range._
